Accounts and the service
By creating an account or using PointsGame, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them with you. A parent or guardian who buys PRO for a student is responsible for the purchase.
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details private. PointsGame provides study content and tools, but it does not guarantee a grade, points total, exam result, or admission outcome. Check official sources where a decision matters.
PointsGame PRO
PRO costs €29 per month, including applicable tax. It starts when Stripe confirms payment and renews monthly until cancelled. The price and renewal terms are shown again before payment, and confirmation is sent electronically.
You may cancel through Account Settings, the Stripe billing portal, or by emailing help@pointsgame.ie. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
Earlier one-time or lifetime purchases keep the terms offered when they were bought.
Refunds and withdrawal
You may request a full refund of your first PRO payment within 14 days, without giving a reason. Email us from the account address. We will refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving a valid request.
This guarantee does not limit any mandatory rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law, including remedies when a digital service is not supplied or does not match the contract.
Optional cancellation form
Fair use
PointsGame is for personal study. Do not share or sell access, evade payment, scrape or republish content, disrupt the service, access another person's account, or post unlawful, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material.
You keep ownership of feature-board content you create and give us permission to host, display, format, and moderate it to run the feature board. You may edit or delete your own content using the available controls.
Content and availability
PointsGame software, branding, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party exam material and trade marks remain their owners' property. PointsGame is independent and is not endorsed by the State Examinations Commission or Department of Education.
We may maintain, improve, replace, or retire features. We will not remove a material paid feature during a paid period without any remedy required by law. We may suspend access for serious misuse, fraud, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Nothing here limits a consumer right or liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to those protections, each party is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by its breach. PointsGame is for personal use, so we are not responsible for business losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, security, or service reasons. If a change materially disadvantages a paid subscriber, we will give reasonable notice and any cancellation or remedy required by law.
Irish law and contact
Irish law applies. Consumers elsewhere keep any mandatory rights available in their home country. Email help@pointsgame.ie if you have a problem so we can try to resolve it.
